Sir Ridley Scott (born 30 November 1937) is an English filmmaker. His work includes science fiction, crime, and historical epic films, with an atmospheric and highly concentrated visual style. Scott is the eighth-highest-grossing director of all time, with his films grossing a cumulative $5 billion worldwide. He has received numerous accolades including the BAFTA Fellowship for Lifetime Achievement in 2018, two Primetime Emmy Awards, and two Golden Globe Awards, as well as nominations for four Academy Awards and eight BAFTA Awards. He was knighted by Queen Elizabeth II in 2003, and appointed a Knight Grand Cross by King Charles III in 2024.

Anthony David Leighton Scott (21 June 1944 – 19 August 2012) was an English film director and producer. Green was born in West Hartlepool; her father worked at a steel plant, and was also a member of the local art club. From 1944 she studied at West Hartlepool School of Art and then won a scholarship to the Royal College of Art where she studied until 1947. She won several prizes at the RCA, including a Silver Medal and Painting Prize.

Mackenzie Thorpe (born 1956 in Middlesbrough, Yorkshire) is a British artist. In 2019 he celebrated 30 years of artistic practice with a world tour, From the Heart, which included the UK in July; he was also appointed as the official artist to 2019 Tour de Yorkshire; was appointed as the 2019 "Welcome to Yorkshire, Official Chelsea Flower show artist”; and unveiled a new temporary public sculpture in his home town of Middlesbrough. His bronze sculpture called 'Waiting for me Dad' was placed next to the Middlesbrough Transporter Bridge. He considers it a tribute to the men and women who have made Middlesbrough great.

Laura is leading the project management of SPIDER (Seismic Payload for Interplanetary Discovery, Exploration and Research), the first Australian technology to be deployed on the Moon. William Tillyer (born 25 September 1938) is a British artist working within painting, watercolour and the printmaking tradition. His approach is constantly evolving; redefining and reinterpreting classic subject matter, such as landscapes, still lifes and portraits, in methods that challenge historical traditions and vary between bodies of work. Since the 1950s, Tillyer has exhibited internationally, and his work can be found in the collections of major institutions including the Arts Council of Great Britain, the Brooklyn Art Museum, the Museum of Modern Art (MOMA), Tate Britain and the Victoria and Albert Museum. There are at least 15 works by Tillyer in the Tate collection, including High Force (1974)

Olwyn Bowey was born on 10 February 1936 in Stockton-on-Tees, England. She studied at the West Hartlepool School of Art and the Royal College of Art.

David Coverdale was the lead singer of Deep Purple from 1973 to 1976. He founded Whitesnake in 1978. Whitesnake gained significant popularity in the UK, Europe, and Asia. In 1987, the band released the Whitesnake album. Featuring the hit singles "Here I Go Again" and "Is This Love", the album went multi-platinum and made the band popular in North America. During Whitesnake's first hiatus from 1990 to 1993, Coverdale collaborated with Led Zeppelin guitarist Jimmy Page on the album Coverdale–Page, which went platinum. Coverdale has also released three albums as a solo artist.

Tony McTear is the former UK Creative Director at Apple. From 2007 to 2010, he was the Creative Director of Fallon, a London based advertising agency (who were responsible for the Cadbury’s drumming gorilla advert amongst many others).
