Lauren is an actor/ facilitator from the North East with a wealth of experience in performance. Lauren trained at The Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts where she was a recipient of the Laurence Olivier Student Bursary Award. She also trained with The National Youth Theatre of GB.
As an actor, Lauren has worked with establishments such as: National Theatre Studio, The Royal Court, Shakespeare’s Globe, Northern Stage, Nottingham Playhouse, Durham Gala, The Customs House, Live Theatre, Brighton Open Air Theatre, Edinburgh Fringe and travelled internationally with Nicoll Entertainment.
As a facilitator, Lauren has worked across the country delivering training/ facilitation in: LAMDA, Acting Through Song, Voice, Movement for Performance, Audition Prep Classes, Confidence through Drama, Ensemble Directing, Classical Text and Acting for TV & Film.

In 2022, Lauren was a finalist for the North East Culture Awards, ‘Performing Artist of the Year’.
