PGCE specialising in ages 14+
BA in Fine Art (first class hons).
Katy has a Master’s Degree in Fine Art, where she practised predominantly as a sculptor using found materials. In the subsequent 10 years, her practice has developed into painting, printmaking and sculptural ceramics.
Katy prides herself on encouraging and assisting students to reach their full potential. From her broad skills base she can, for example, help them learn how to build their own canvases, weld structures for sculptures, edit and print photographs and finally hang and install their shows professionally.
