After graduating with a BA (Hons) in Textiles and Surface Design in 2017, Annie Game went on to complete a PGCE and build a career in creative education, combining her background in textiles with teaching across a broad range of art and design disciplines.
Annie is an Art & Design Lecturer at Stockton Riverside College, teaching across graphic design, photography, textiles, digital media, painting, sculpture and printmaking to students across Levels 1 to 4. She has worked across Primary, Secondary and Further Education, and has extensive experience supporting learners with SEN, SEMH, ASD and additional learning needs, alongside delivering careers and personal development sessions and pastoral support.
Annie is involved in planning educational experiences outside the classroom, organising art department trips, workshops and residential visits throughout the year, including an annual three-day London residential allowing students to experience galleries, exhibitions and the wider cultural landscape of the capital.
Her work in education has also provided opportunities to become involved in a wide range of creative and community projects and events. These have included appearing on Channel 5’s Challenge Anneka, supporting the Stockton & Darlington Railway Festival and Big Art Festival, and contributing to exhibition curation.
Alongside her teaching career, Annie has completed university short courses in interior design, graphic design and fashion, and is CMO and Co-Founder of Rivisio, an AI-powered workplace safety platform for UK SMEs, leading its marketing strategy, brand development and business development.
