Jonny Kay is an award-winning educational consultant specialising in teaching, learning, leadership and quality improvement.
A former teacher, senior leader and Ofsted Inspector, Jonny has worked across the state, independent and international education sectors. He supports schools, colleges and training providers in the UK and overseas through leadership development, professional learning, curriculum improvement and quality enhancement work.
Jonny is currently Lead English Expert for AQA and previously served on its Curriculum, Quality and Assessment Committee. He also led a Department for Education-funded programme supporting 45 colleges to develop and improve English and maths provision. He is a published author, speaker and former charity trustee.
Outside of work, Jonny is a keen football supporter and spends much of his spare time with his wife, Steph, supporting the various activities of their two young daughters.
