COURSE DETAILS

This one-year, hands-on course is designed to introduce you to the core techniques of acting and prepare you for further training in performance. Whether you’re aiming for the spotlight or simply want to develop confidence and communication skills, Level 2 Acting gives you the chance to express yourself, try new things, and discover your strengths. You will explore a wide range of performance styles - including improvisation, physical theatre, character building, devising, and scripted work - both for stage and for screen. Working in small, supportive groups, you’ll take part in practical workshops and collaborative projects, building trust and teamwork with your peers. As you gain experience, you’ll also learn how to analyse scripts, develop stage presence, and give and receive feedback to improve your craft. You will perform in our specialist theatre studio and be supported by tutors with real-world experience in acting, directing and production. The course is a brilliant foundation for moving onto the Level 3 Acting for Stage & Screen course and is ideal for anyone who loves storytelling, drama or working creatively with others.
