Right to Be Forgotten / Image or Video Takedown Request Form

The Northern School of Art is committed to safeguarding the privacy of students, staff, and members of the public. If you wish to request the removal of an image or video in which you appear, or to exercise your right to be forgotten under UK GDPR, please complete the form below. We aim to respond within 10 working days.

Please note:

·         It may not be possible to remove content from printed materials already in circulation or from third-party platforms where the School does not have administrative control.

·         While we will take all reasonable steps to request takedowns from social media and online platforms, complete withdrawal cannot be guaranteed.

·         The ability to fully remove content diminishes over time, especially where content has been shared or archived by others.
