Inspiring the designer and makers of tomorrow! Currently we are in the exciting planning stages for the new academic year. We are always really keen to work with employers so we can ensure our students are developing the skills necessary for their careers within the creative industries. We work with a range of employers and live clients though we would love to work with yourselves. We fully appreciate that your time is precious, so we have outlined a range of opportunities below that give an idea of how an employer can be involved with varying levels of commitment to support the designers and makers of tomorrow.

Endorse a project brief This is a great way to be involved if time is limited. If you would like to review a project brief, provide some feedback and give us a seal of approval it will provide further kudos to our students that they are developing the skills necessary for the workplace.

Visits If you can facilitate then we would love to be able to bring students to see your workplace and get a flavour for what types of activities you are involved with. Alternatively you may wish to come to our campus and speak to our students about such activities and what skills you look for when recruiting

Setting a live brief This is a popular opportunity where you can work with us to set a live brief which our students will work upon. Hurry though as we usually plan these in with specific timeframes.

Work placements If you can facilitate then our students would gain an invaluable insight into the working practices withinindustry. These may be short stay or longer term opportunities.
