A Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, Andrew will shortly complete a Master’s degree in Business and Management, combining academic insight with creative practice to better understand educational behaviour, motivation, and career development.
His career includes theatre, music, and educational writing, notably the theatre-in-education play ‘Frank’s Bible’ and an internationally acclaimed teaching resource developed with ‘Spitting Image’, recognised by the World Health Organization and featured in a Channel 4 documentary for its originality in public health education. He is also the author of ‘Nine Ways to Touch the Soul’ and creator of ‘Teacher Connect’, a business education model supporting marketing and enterprise in teaching.
He has received a Royal Television Society Award for his work in media production and a UK National Business Award for business development, bringing creative and strategic insight to every project. With over ten years of experience in corporate management, he combines leadership and industry expertise with a strong commitment to education and creative practice.
Andrew brings this broad experience together to help students identify their career trajectories, nurture their creative potential, and develop deeper self-awareness — understanding the learning journey as a continuous process that can be strategically applied to build successful and fulfilling careers within the creative industries and beyond.
