BA (Hons) Fine Art, Painting
Sally has over fifteen years of experience working in Illustration and Design. She lived in Stockholm, Sweden, for 10 years, working as a Print Designer for fashion companies including H&M, Fjallraven and Gant. In 2020, she returned to the UK and began working as a Children’s Book Illustrator. She has since published titles with Bloomsbury, Hachette, Usborne, Dorling Kindersley and Quarto. Sally is also a regular contributor to Aquila Magazine.
Sally’s illustrative practice tends to focus on using traditional materials to create scenes which celebrate the magic in the everyday.
Sally continues to work on private illustration and design commissions alongside lecturing.
