Art and Design Students’ Work Selling Like Hot Cakes in Croft Interiors!
Amongst the beautiful independent shops scattered along the high street in Stokesley, lives Croft Interiors; a beautiful homeware and interiors store which is always bustling with locals and tourists. Here you will find merchandise made and designed by our very own Level 3 Art and Design Students!
Before Christmas, owner Lyndon Lowe came in to chat to the students about potential careers which then led them to Croft Interiors for research for their latest project. Upon completion, Lyndon was astounded by the high standard of the finished products and he decided to sell them in his store.
The pieces have been received amazingly by the public and a lot of stock has been sold!
Amanda Smith, Course Leader told me “This has been a great experience for the students, his critique for the students has been so helpful for them, especially as he is an industry client and outside voice telling them their work is of a professional standard and that he would be proud to have it the products in his store.”
Head over to Croft Interiors (8 Bridge Road, Stokesley, North Yorkshire TS9 5AA) to see the work of our talented students!
