Visual arts exhibit @ House of Blah Blah
The beginning of December saw a collaboration project between all courses in the school of Visual Arts at both of our campuses which developed in to the Bubblewrap exhibition which was held at Middlesbrough’s popular exhibition venue, The House of Blah Blah.
The House of Blah Blah, on Exchange Square, features a gallery, studios, archive and storage facilities, a band practice room and project spaces for exhibitions, workshops and photo shoots. The building had been empty and lying derelict for over ten years and it took the manager, Keren Pearson, who is a graduate of CCAD, months alone just to restore it for the opening.
