Free Cash Prize Draw (Open Day) Terms and Conditions
By entering the prize draw you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions. The prize draw is being run The Northern School of Art. Eligibility to enter. The prize draw is open to entrants who register and take part in The Northern School of Art’s open day virtual event on the 6th June 2020.
In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. A maximum of one entry per individual is permitted. The prize draw is free to enter.
How to enter. The prize draw will include those who tick they wish to enter the draw on the Eventbrite registration form, provide a valid email address and who receive a confirmation of place until 1pm on Saturday 6th June 2020. Entries after that time and date will not be included in the draw. The Northern School of Art will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate. The prize The prize will be one £250 cash sterling made by bank transfer to the individual’s bank account or provided by cheque to a postal address. It may be necessary if the prize winner is under 18 years old to provide the cash prize to a suitable parent or guardian identified by the winner if a bank account is not available or provide vouchers as an alternative.
The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no other alternatives will be offered. We reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so. The decision of The Northern School of Art is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it. Winner announcement The winner will be notified after 6th June 2020 via the email provided during subscription. The Northern School of Art will attempt to contact the winner by email up to two times. If the winner does not respond to the emails notifying them of their win within 14 days of the second email, they will lose their right to the prize, and The Northern School of Art reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.
